Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our Brooklyn facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
